Very Holistic Co is a health and Wellness company founded in 2019 whose mission is to offer and promote health and wellness services to the public. We offer various modalities and products to support our goal of fostering health outside of just the contemporary health standards. Our products and service aid those who are looking for a more holistic approach to maintaining their health as well as to those who are seeking to make this a permanent lifestyle change.
We offer many tools and products geared towards improving mental, emotional, physical and spiritual balance…a holistic approach as we are “holistic” beings. As spiritual multi-dimensional energetic beings, we must understand and learn that our physical and non-physical energetic bodies work daily to assist us with optimal health. We and everything around us are ENERGY. How we use these energies effect us on a conscious level down to our very physical bodies and material world. As long as we are providing our bodies, minds, and environment with the right tools they need energetically, the balance results in a state of spiritual and emotional well-being as well as a state of homeostasis in the body. Health is truly our wealth and we must stay mindful of this daily.

Many people are currently struggling with maintaining their health due to the recent world crisis and have even suffered from some form of mental anguish due to loosing loved ones and friends in the midst of it all. Additionally, some people have gained excessive amounts of weight due to being confined in the home for extended periods of time along with poor eating habits and diets, and existing health conditions. This has further exasperated and increased physical and mental dysfunctions. Not to mention the fact that most people still hold some form of past mental trauma and pain from childhood or their early adult life that hasn’t been healed or even addressed. Trauma has also been found to pass down generationally from environment and repeat behaviors through epigenetics, so it is not only just an individual issue. There is and has always been a great need for mental health healing in the world.
Very Holistic Co. provides services and ways to assist you with identifying issues and blockages at their very core so that you may get the healing you need to release those things that do not serve your best interest. Mental health stability is a key part of the physical healing process as well. They work hand-in-hand. Your beliefs can either help you heal or harm you. The first question always is “Do YOU Believe YOU Can Heal?” You can’t put a band-aid on something that should also be healed on a subconscious level. However, all hope is not lost. The good thing is ALL can be healed by acquiring knowledge of self, self love, empathy and with the use of deliberate focus and intent to change one’s mindset. Self inflicting thoughts and habits can be broken and new positive ones can be formed. And then the body can and will heal itself. We have more power and control over ourselves than we think when we are projecting from a higher state and exert our true willpower.

Very Holistic Co offers a wide range of products that include but are not limited to physical products: herbs and herbal tonics, spiritual tools, EMF protection, natural skincare products, fitness products and active wear, and apparel. Digital download products include: detox plans, meal plans, mindfulness meditations and brain entrainments. We also team up with some affiliate companies for our grounding, EMF protection and other products that are also aligned with our mission to promote holistic health and wellness.
Our main office is located in Louisville Kentucky. We ship our products anywhere in the US. Our affiliates are also responsible for shipping their own products.

Personal energetic healing assistance is offered by our founder Sherry Johnson and other available staff members.
Our founder Sherry Johnson (also known as Very Holistic Sherry and Serenity Divine the Alkemist), has many years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is a certified reiki master, a certified QHHT hypnotist, an intuitive spiritual reader with a certification in tarot card reading, a certified nutritionist, and a personal trainer and former Zumba instructor. She enjoys using her gifts as a clairsentient, clairaudient and clairvoyant to assist her with receiving divine guidance and to help others.
Being a long time vegan along with her extended practice and studies in herbology has afforded her a gift in creating her own unique herbal products that has sustained long-term health for herself, her family and friends, now offered to the public. Sherry studied herbology under the tutelage and wisdom of late great herbologist and healers such as, Dr. Sebi, Dr. Laila Afrika (and his living wife Dr. Melanie Stevenson), and Dr. Edward Shooks. With the acquired knowledge, she creates immune supporting herbal tonics and tincture, sea moss gel blends, natural herbal soaps, vegan recipes, detox and meal plans. She has also take pleasure in creating the offered affirmation and meditation music as well as our brain entrainments products that promote mindfulness helping people to raise their vibration daily.
Lastly, she brings her big heart of love with the intentions of healing the world, elevating people in consciousness and guiding them towards being their greatest version.
Personal services offered by her include health and weight management consultations, reiki energy healing attunement sessions in person (or at a distance attunements), hypnosis session in the form of past life regressions, as well as her spiritual reading services with the use of tarot cards and her gift as an intuitive, clairaudient and clairsentient.
She offers reiki energetic healing services that can be done in person or at a distance for anybody anywhere in the world.

You can often find her at nature reserves and climbing mountains such as Stone Mountain in Georgia. She loves high vibrational activities that keeps her aligned and connected to Source.
Sherry is a humanitarian and volunteers regularly to serve and feed the homeless. She often teams up with locals and outreach groups to buy and hand out food, clothing and non-perishables to the homeless and underprivileged community. She has been an active volunteer at Hosea Feed The Hungry (HFTH), a non-profit organization in Atlanta, Georgia since 2011. She also volunteers at the seasonal “feed the homeless” program located at Hotel Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky which is her part-time home base as well as Atlanta, Georgia.
